We cannot express enough to Robert and the team our gratitude and admiration for the way that they took such great care of Rupert (our 9 year old Bichon Frise). Rupert unfortunately developed extensive cataracts in both eyes as a result of his diabetes and became totally blind (a distressing time). The surgery undertaken by Robert was extremely successful and it was a joy to see Rupert with his sight restored. Surgery was over a year ago now and he is still doing well. We would have no hesitation in recommending Animal Eye Care and would like to thank them for their care and continuing interest and support.Posted on Google Jolene DrakeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you to the whole team! The whole team were so lovely and reassuring from the very start and answered any questions we had after our spaniel got a thorn in her eye! Amazing, professional team. Fantastic specialist facility that treated my daughters dog with an eye ulcer before Easter with a follow up after the long weekend.Posted on Google David AspinallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A puppy had developed cysts in both eyes, and we were referred to them because it is a rare problem. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, and all fell in love with Sully (our pup). He needed surgery to remove the cysts, but we had to wait until he was big enough to allow the vets to perform the operation, so we needed to take him back regularly to have the cysts drained. After a few weeks he had the surgery - and it was only required in one eye, and has been a complete success. Katherine and Rob (the vets), and all the staff, showed they genuinely cared for Sully and us.Posted on Google Bethany LTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you for the amazing care! Natasha was outstanding, professional, compassionate, and thorough in explaining Bruce’s condition and treatment. The level of care and attention throughout was excellent. The admin staff were also extremely friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and reassuring! Highly recommended for anyone needing specialist eye care for their pet. Lots of thanks from a very appreciative and now healthy Boston Terrier xPosted on Google Ann MartlandTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've attended animal eyecare for treatment on two separate occasions over an 18 month period with eye ulcers. Firstly seeing Robert and most recently Kathryn. I can honestly say, this is the best veterinary experience we've had (and we've had a few!) From start to finish all the staff were so professional and caring. Treatment options were explained to us in a way that we understood and we were confident that Oscar was in good hands. From surgery to aftercare, everything was first class. Special mention to Kathryn who is a credit to her profession. Thank you from Osc x I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
