We are aware that being referred can be a daunting prospect, however our team aim to lead you through each step of the process to ensure you feel informed throughout.
Once you have been referred to us we will arrange a suitable appointment time and email an information pack for you to prepare for your visit. Initial consultations take up to an hour to perform. If required further investigations and surgical procedures may be performed on the same day and for this reason, you will be asked not to feed your pet prior to your initial appointment. Procedures and operations may also be scheduled for a later date as appropriate. Details of your pet’s condition, any investigations or procedures required and estimates of costs will be provided every step of the way to ensure you feel as informed as possible regarding your pet’s care.
