If your pet is currently under our care or has had a consultation and examination at our clinic within the last 6 months, you can request repeats of medications from ourselves.
You can request and collect medications directly from the clinic in person, or alternatively we can post out the medication via Royal Mail first class signed delivery.
Written prescriptions
If you require a written prescription to obtain the medication yourselves from online veterinary pharmacies or human chemists, these can also be generated, signed and posted out to you via Royal Mail first class. The price to generate a written prescription is £15 for the first medication and £10 for subsequent medications. The postage and packaging is added on subsequently.
Please note that the postage and packaging of medications and written prescriptions will incur a fee and payment is required in full prior to postage.
How to order
To request repeat medications or prescriptions please contact the clinic via email using admin@animaleyecare.co.uk. We require your name, the patients name and the medication(s) required. Please include the dosage and frequency of medication.
Alternatively requests can be made over the phone by calling the clinic on 01925 363022.
It can take up to 48 hours for the prescription to be processed so please ensure you request any ongoing medication in good time.
